Principal's Message

Dear WCHS families and Staff,
We enjoyed a busy week with athletic events and activities. The boys' soccer team played their hearts out at their first playoff game, but did not get the result they wanted.
Ms. Ferguson organized a great Career Fair that was attended by all HS students and 8th-grade students.
Many exciting events are happening every week at the HS. Your attendance and participation are expected and appreciated!
Have a terrific weekend, Mr. Ng

WCHS News

Last Friday's game was well attended and enjoyed by all. Below is a picture of 4 of the Bronco cheerleaders with the WCHS cheer team.

This week, FFA visited the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where the Indy 500 takes place. This photo was taken on the finish line!

Happy Halloween!

Career Fair

Over 30 vendors attended the WCHS Career Fair. Our Prostart students catered the event, Rebels Brewing served delightful beverages, and our StuCo students were excellent hosts. Students connected with industry professionals and explored a variety of career paths. Thank you to Michele Ferguson and her team for putting on a terrific event.

FAFSA
This week, we hosted a FAFSA/CASFA workshop for seniors and families to help them complete the application. During advisory, our CSU representative presented to seniors on the ins and outs of financial aid, including grants, loans, and scholarships.

Message from the Dean
Greetings WCHS Families,
Over the past week, we’ve seen our best behavior yet this year in the cafeteria, with students showing an impressive level of respect and pride during lunchtime. Staff have noticed students enjoying conversations with friends, using their PBIS points to purchase rewards, and taking responsibility for cleaning up after themselves and classmates.
This growing sense of ownership has helped establish a positive lunchtime routine—one where students can relax, recharge, and prepare for the second half of their day. Even more importantly, they are developing lifelong habits of responsibility and respect, behaviors that will help them be welcomed wherever they go.
We encourage families to join us in celebrating this reflection of true Rebel Pride over this weekend!
