Transportation Registration for 2023-2024

UPDATE: Registration for transportation services will close on August 4 at 4:00 p.m. With the closing date approaching, parents and guardians should take immediate action to ensure that their children are registered for transportation services for the 2023-2024 school year.  If you have already completed the registration process since its opening on May 1, you do not need to complete the process again.

Space is limited, so early registration is highly encouraged to secure a spot for the upcoming school year. If you have not completed the registration process, please do so promptly to avoid any potential transportation issues for your child.  Students not registered for transportation will not be transported. Families of students who are registered for transportation services will receive information about assigned routes during the week of August 7.  Please review the information thoroughly.  If you have any questions or concerns about the provided route, don't hesitate to reach out to the transportation department at 303-536-2900 or transportation@re3j.com.

Prior to registering for Transportation Services, parents must first complete the general student registration process in order to enroll in school for the 2023-2024 school year. Registration for school must be completed electronically by using your computer, tablet, or smartphone through the Infinite Campus App and parent portal.  Complete information and instructions for the online registration process are provided in both English and Spanish on this document

Information Regarding Transportation Services:

ALL eligible riders must register for busing services for the upcoming school year. Limited seating is available.

  • Your child must be registered for school before transportation services will be considered.

  • Priority will be given to students who qualify under federal and state priority programming. Additional registrations will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis and dependent on ride zone, school of attendance, and space availability. The transportation registration process will serve as the mechanism for determining first-come, first-served.

  • Parents must complete a separate registration form for each child, and availability will be determined on a per student basis.

  • Parents will receive email confirmation that a seat on the bus has been reserved at least one week prior to the start of school which is August 15.

Weld Re-3J recognizes the importance of providing safe and reliable transportation for students. In order to accommodate the greatest needs, some routes may be eliminated, and not all requests for transportation will be granted. The district will very likely be unable to accommodate transportation for all eligible riders due to driver shortages. We strongly encourage families to consider transporting their students to school when feasible or make alternative arrangements to the extent possible.

Please contact the Transportation Services Office with any questions you may have at 303-536-2900 or transportation@re3j.com
